The staff is great. I'm even friends with one of them now. Perfect location in the city. Walkable distance to plaza de mayo. 4 beds per bath is a good ratio.

Circus Hostel is a very pleasant accomodations centrally located in the Ricoletta neighborhood of Buenos Aires. The hostel in located is a well-maintained older building in a safe area. Very comfortable beds with a large locker, privacy curtains, individual light, electric outlet and a shelf for each bed. A large, updated, private bathroom was in my 10 bed dorm which also had a very large shower area. Well stocked kitchen area.

The 6 bed mixed dorm with en suite bath was fairly large and had comfortable beds. There was a bed light, individual wall outlets and 2 pouches attached to the wall beside the electrical outlets which conveniently would store a phone and glasses. The en suite bath used 2 rooms at the dorm entrance - 1 for a toilet , bidet, and sink with mirror; the other was a stall shower. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. No included breakfast - but free tea, matte,and instant coffee are always available on the lobby level. The pool was small but very clean. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. I was very pleased to learn that if you leave for a few days and book your return at Circus Hostel., there is a storage room where you can store bags not taken while you are away. The hostel has an elevator to reach the dorm rooms. The kitchen area has a reasonable amount of cooking devices, but the amount of dishware and utensils is lacking.

Very nice stay. Great location, friendly staff, recommended.

Lovely outdoor area with pool. Pool table which my son liked. Central area in San Telmo. Good air con in the room
