Es práctico y cómodo, y tiene además todo lo necesario para cocinar ahí. Cuenta con todos los servicios mencionados funcionando a la perfección. La ubicación es cercana a paradas de colectivos que permiten un rápido acceso a las distintas zonas de la ciudad.
La comodidad y el lugar. Muy cerca de lugares de compra
El lugar está super bien ubicado, está a 2 cuadras de una de las avenidas más importantes (Av. San Martín), y a unas 10 cuadras de una de las plazas más grandes (Plaza Independencia). El departamento en sí es cómodo para dos personas, tiene aire acondicionado (funciona excelente) y horno eléctrico + anafe.
La ubicación es excelente. El dueño también un crack! Nos ayudó en todo y el lugar bastante cómodo.
