Super cómodo, tranquilo y espacioso. Excelente ubicación
el edificio es tranquilo, sin ruidos y se puede descansar muy bien. cumple con lo que promete.
Fuimos en diciembre 2024 y aunque nos tocaron unos días muy fríos estuvimos muy cómodos ; funciona todo muy bien con excepción del bidet ;la ducha perfecta.Y tenía estufa y unas frazadas recalentitas. Germán muy atento y siempre a nuestra disposición. Tiene un Montecatini en la esquina y cerca de la Catedral de Mar del Plata. Excelente relación calidad y precio.
Ubicación excelente. Gran atención de German el dueño. Depto espacioso y limpio . El wi fi andaba perfecto
