The apartment was very central and relatively spacious on the 8th floor. The elevator only goes to the 7th floor and then need to walk up one flight of stairs. I was met by a lovely lady to receive the cash payment and give me the keys. As I arrived late around 9:30pm, there was a small late entry fee (USD$5) which I was happy to pay as she had to travel to meet up with me. She could not speak English (understandable), but she Zoom called an English speaker to help translate as she described all the property features. It had all the facilities I needed and included a balcony.
