Owners are awesome and really want to help me. I got in early, and they took my bags for me. We communicated primarily through Google Translate and my bad Spanish. It is near the center with many restaurants and stores on the same block. The bed is comfortable, and the AC works.
The owner deserves a mention, super kind! In addition to welcoming us in person (not a given) he was available for any questions, curiosities or advice. He also allowed us to leave our bags at his house to pick them up in the late afternoon. Truly a good person.
Ramon and his wife were very accommodating they helped me with a couple of things. Very helpful.
The place is centrally located, closed to everywhere.
