We liked all the technical aspects: air conditioning in both rooms, good wifi, washing machine.
The owner of apartment Carlos gives clear instructions for self check in and is always responding really quickly.
All the amenities are as listed.
Also there is a nice cafeteria in the same building :)
Supermarkets are reachable not more than 10 min on foot.
Good value for the price paid.
It was very clean, modern and all equiped apartment. Large bedroom and comfortable livingroom! And it is close to downtown and streets are safe. There are also local restaurants and pena theater right in front of apartment.
