The hotel is beautiful!! I loved the architecture mixed with the nature. It is a pleasure spend time outside and inside all the places of the hotel. People working there are so charm always ready for your needs. Rooms so comfortable, big and with windows looking to the nature. The hotel is next to the Biocenter, a special place to visit that you can go for free and enjoy butterflies, crocodiles, snakes, exotic plants, fishes.

The location was excellent and we appreciated free pick up at the airport although we had to pay for the return trip.
The grounds were absolutely gorgeous and the pool area was tranquil. The room was very spacious. We really enjoyed the dinner and the wine was delicious. The free breakfast was also good.
Friendly and helpful staff who helped book taxis and tours. Located in a jungle environment with access to a nice walk through the bio park. The pool is clean and refreshing, but can get busy and has very slippery deck (we saw several people slip and fall). Spacious and comfortable rooms with good AC, hot water and a small bar fridge with cold drinks available for purchase.
