Spacious, airy, lots of different places to sit (inside, balcony, garden etc), good WiFi, friendly staff, kitchen, safe street parking.

Aircon in dorm was very good. Very close to the river and only a couple of blocks to the bars and restaurants.
Also nice roof deck with tables and chairs. Beautiful views.
