It's a great place. It is conveniently located at a few meters restaurants, atms, hospital, downtown. If you need a taxi they are a few feet away from the hotel.
The staff is friendly, the girls at the reception are very helpful and respectful really nice.
I have no complaints at all. The place it's very clean. You can check in earlier than they say if there are rooms available and you can leave your luggage in the facilities after your check out time, go shopping or whatever other things and come back when it's time to take your flight. They really make things easier.
Two blocks from a lot of restaurants and bars, but the hotel is quiet.
Accommodating staff, we left our backpacks for free since we couldn’t do early check in. Breakfast was great.
The location is central to the bus terminal and there is a bus stop a couple blocks up the road. The breakfast was basic, but it was nice to get a start for your day exploring the national park. I felt safe walking around alone in this area. It is close to restaurants and an ATM.
The staff is quite friendly. Janina was especially pleasant. The city center is a short stroll downhill. The bus terminal (to go to Las Cataratas) is within walking distance
