Everything was good, great location and good value for price.
The location is great - close to the lake, the shopping street, many dining options etc.
The wonderful gentleman at the front desk, the only one who spoke English, was very warm and welcoming. The others were helpful too as long as I used Google Translate to communicate with them.
Views were fantastic and proximity to View of Andian Condors on cliffs adjacent hotel and lake
