It was comfortable, clean, the pools were great, the staff were friendly, the food was good, and our children really enjoyed it here ! We love the yaguarcitos club and the play park at the pool. Also the room where we stayed was perfect, it had toys, a chalkboard and costumes for the children to play, and a little kitchen which was pretty useful too.

The variety of the breakfast was great. At first, we were given an old room, but there was a cleaning issue, therefore we requested a different one. The staff responded promptly and provided us with a newly renovated room, which was very modern and comfortable. The pool area is wonderful. The hotel is in a safe area and very close to the bus terminal, which is perfect if you want to take the bus to the waterfalls (both the Argentinian and Brazilian sides). There's also a taxi stand just across the street from the hotel.

Excellent location just across the bus terminal. There is a slight uphill going to the hotel which was challenging if you’re coming from the bus stop. The hotel itself is clean, sleek - excellent staff, large outdoor pool ( kids section) plus jacuzzi. There is a bar by the pool. Breakfast is a good spread of bread, pastries, fruits, cold cuts and hot items like hard boiled and scrambled eggs, canned sausages. There’s 2 coffee machines. The hotel has a gym and spa. Spa has an excellent service called Belleza guarani ( yerba mate body scrub) and excellent staff Sabrina and masseuse ( Nancy, Romina). Bedroom is big compared to many hotels we’ve been to. The bed is truly king size and is comfortable. Pillows are not ( room for improvement)!!!! Overall a wonderful oasis to stay when visiting Iguazu. Definitely family friendly and a great choice for STAYCATION!

This property is a few steps from the bus station and from good restaurants. The rooms were recently renovated, practically brand new rooms.
