Friendly staff. I am learning Spanish and they were very patient with my attempts to speak Spanish
The hotel has a great classic feeling and the location is just excellent. There is also a garage, which was a must to have for us.
Room and facilities were fine, but the highlight of the stay was the staff. Very kind and so so helpful. Beautiful location as well, some rooms with a view over the neighboring plaza
Perfect location with a beautiful view of the cathedral and main square from my bedroom window. Very helpful staff eager to practise their English language skills.
They had a very complete breakfast in the upstairs dining room with a view. Our room also had a great view over the main city square. The air conditioning worked well as did the WIFI. Everyone in reception was very helpful. It couldn't have a better location overlooking the main square. We walked everywhere in this world class city. Above all the price was right!
