Location & flexibility!
Patricio is such an awesome guy. We asked if we can check in early if there’s availability and he did everything he can to make sure we can. I also asked if we can have breakfast earlier than the opening of the restaurant and he said Yes! Great customer service. Very clean hotel and professional staff. The view of the Ushuaia harbor from our room is amazing. Hotel is close to everything including a laundromat. Excellent!!!
Very convenient location. It took us a while to figure out how to get the room temperature lowered, but that was maybe our fault. The staff were excellent whenever we asked a question. Breakfast was as good as any in Argentina (like all of them, heavy on the sweets).
Really nice and helpful staff, very clean rooms and common areas, and a good location overlooking the pier. Also appreciated a working elevator (not the case in other places I stayed recently), luggage storage, and drinking water in the lobby.

The location was excellent. You could walk to the restaurants and to the Main Street where all the shops are. The people at the hotel were so friendly and nice. Breakfast was super nice even Mate was available for all guests at breakfast. The service was simply excellent.
