The staff were amazing. Francisco (?) that received us late at night was super helpful and friendly and Nicholas on the morning after was equally great. They had a Whatsapp group for activities. The bed was super comfy and the room nice and clean with industrial design. The pool was a nice touch. The hotel should have more stars. The woman working in the reception (didn't get her name) was also really friendly and nice. Highly recommend! Great location and value for money.

Super friendly and helpful staff who spoke excellent English and helped us with a bunch of annoying tasks. great spot on a beautiful neighborhood and beds were really comfortable.
The girl on reception was amazing. So helpful and spoke perfect English.
The staff were all very accommodating; spoke English and anyone that goes out of their way to ensure we were given a good breakfast an hour before they even serve it, gets high marks in my book. They cooked you scrambled eggs and had all the other essentials. The location was perfect.
