The staff was so helpful. They really enjoyed going out of their way to answer all our questions about where to go for meals and what to see in BA. Also held an improvised Mate tasting. You could really tell they enjoyed giving the service.
The room was exactly as described. Very nice and modern. The whirlpool was the highlight for me. Staff was always friendly and available whenever you need something
Super nice and helpful staff, nice large room with a massive bathroom and a balcony (not all rooms have one), super nice breakfast, great location in Palermo Hollywood, walking distance to Soho, Subte and busses, 20 min Uber ride from central BA.
Beautiful hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Oir bedroom was large enough for our family (2 adults ans 1 child), the beds and pillows were comfortable. Our room was facing the pool and ot was very quiet. The breakfast buffet had many different options and it was delicious.
The staff is friendly, English speaking, very welcoming and helpful.
Breakfast was great, comfortable, good location. Modern and clean.
