This was a really nice place. The hosts live in the same building. Safe quiet area. Pool is great, nice places outside to sit. I was here in January. The AC worked great.
The apartment has only recently been made and all the furnishings and kitchen utensils are pretty much new and well maintained. Everything has been done to a high standard. The hosts are really lovely and welcoming and we really appreciated their advice about where to go in the local area. We loved the outdoor space with comfortable chairs and a table and reclining beds for the pool. The pool was fantastic on one of the hot days when we were there! The area itself is very residential. We felt safe and it was a short walk to a bicycle rental place with cycle paths and local amenities. It's also located near numerous wineries, including some very famous ones (Bodega Vistalba and Bodegas Nieto Senetiner). A jump in the car takes you to the centre in a mere 15-20 mins and there are some other older pretty suburban areas such as Chacras de Coria. It's also a really short drive to the mountains and the large man-made lake Potrerillos.
Jasmin de Lluvia is a comfortable and spacious studio apartment. I had everything I needed and more.
Most importantly, Roberto and Carina are kind and generous hosts. I would definitely stay here again.
Carina & Roberto were incredibly helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was large and well-equipped (even had free drinking water and a bottle of wine) and the pool was lovely, especially in 30+ degrees. Close to many great wineries (we visited Bodega Vistalba and Bodega Viamonte and really enjoyed both)
