The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Martin one of the evening desk clerks was particularly helpful and patient with our many questions. The hotel was very comfortable and the neighborhood was very enjoyable.

Room is very big, like a studio apartment..Breakfast ibuffet is varied.
First of all, the staff deserves a word: Erika at the reception, Sara at the maintenance, Gaston at breakfast, and the rest. They made the stay exceptional.
The room (No 204) was huge, comfortable, clean, quiet. Breakfast is nice, even though every day you get the same options.
A tip: don't miss Gaston's alfajores, baked fresh everyday.
