Very nice and helpful staff, a lot of common areas to socialize, location is good to explore Palermo and well-connected with other areas with transportation, the employees really try to keep it clean
I loved the Staff! Very friendly, very connecting! Was able to visit with them places in Buenos Aires when they didn't had a shift, was able to create a friendship with them and some guests. Was able to know people with whom I could do somethings in Buenos Aires.
The hostel is also very cozy! Great common spaces!

Easy check-in (even though I arrived late in the evening) and everything (kitchen, patio etc) looked nice. It has everything you need, especially for that price.
