Property was exactly as advertised: nothing fancy, but also nothing lacking. Perfect location for those that want to explore central Ushuaia without requiring a car: it was very central, close to the port, the main comercial/tourist street, easy to get into/out of, most of the famous/recommended restaurants are within a block or two, transfers for all tourist attractions either pick up here or nearby. Host (Sebastian) was lovely, and very helpful! All in all, strongly recommended.
Location was great and the view from te apartment amazing. Hosts super nice and helpful. spacious apartment. huge comfortable bed. good shower.

The views and the location and the apartment itself
The location of this property is amazing. The view Beagle Channel from the apartment is stunning. The apartment has all you need for a good stay. The communication with the host over WhatsApp worked very well, before our travel as well as during our stay.
