Eleo, the host, came to meet us at the door to drop off the keys and was very patient in waiting for us as we had delays in reaching her. She personally showed us the apartment and was very friendly and helpful. She gave us her WhatsApp to ask her any questions and was very quick to respond. The apartment was clean and very confortable with nice views from the balcony. If anything the photos don’t do the place justice. Very confortable studio flat with great facilities and a good location. It was easy to access many of the nice areas of the city from there. Would highly recommend!
Everything was amazing! As a person with years of experience in Hospitality in London, I can tell you this was an absolute example of all positive things to consider, from the property and its management to simply how attentive, helpful and warm the host was.
Also, we got a late check-out that helped us a lot, as there was this possibility and the host happily agreed to, without any issues or extra costs related.
We will be back!
