Clean, (need to empty garbage each day so don't get bugs) Had Utensils, good size fridge & freezer. Toaster, coffee pot and mini stove, did not use so don't know if worked. Had Elevator. Landlady returned text messages. She did tell about defective table the leg broke off when I put my lap top on it. She did not deduct from the cash deposit in addition to room payment, before moving in. She called Uber to get to airport, since did not have on phone
