Extremely friendly staff, comfortable room, pool and some kitchen facilities.
The location was good. We felt safe walking everywhere. The staff was very helpful. We needed extra time on our departure day and they were so gracious! The garden was lovely. It was a warm day so we appreciated having a pool!
Beautiful garden and pool. The staff was wonderful. The room was well-stocked with a refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, coffee maker and free capsules, A complementary bottle of wine, etc. The mattress could have been better, but it didn’t deprive us of sleep. Very secure in a lovely neighborhood. Highly recommend
I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE TRAVELING TO MENDOZA. ALL OF THEIR STAFF IS GREAT AND SO HELPFUL, INCLUDING THE DRIVER THAT THEY USE FOR THEIR WINE TOURS. I MEAN EVERYONE IS JUST ON POINT THERE!!!! THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY FOR YOU, I GOT TO MEET THE OWNER AND HE IS ALSO DELIGHTFUL AND HELPFUL. THE FACILITIES ARE SO SWEET AND CUTE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPECCABLE AND KIND. I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE.
The property is like a small hacienda, with separate casitas. Is in a residential neighborhood not in the city center (15-25 min walking distance, depending on where you would like to go). Good restaurants nearby (Anna Bistro the best) and coffee houses. Nice patio for relaxation and to share a bottle of wine.
