The host couldn't be there so the building manager met us. We knew her name in advance and she waited for us which was extra nice as we were on an international flight and were late. I also locked ourselves out (turns out the door automatically locked when shut) and I was able to get back in relatively quickly. Location was perfectly situated and we felt very safe. It was winter so the heaters in each room were wonderful, plus there was a spare unit we used in the main room. Overall, it was a great place for our family of 5. Owner was very responsive.
