Lovely location right opposite the Opera House and off the main boulevard that leads to the freedom square. Massive penthouse with enough space for everyone to live comfortably. Host was very nice and even checked in with me a day later to see that all was well.

Excellent location, all of landmarks are near the apartment. Friendly landlord and good communication. Large size of the property and many beds. It is good for big family. All required kitchen equipment were available. Fast internet.

The apartment is very clean, spacious. GF has two large bed rooms and large sofa in the sitting area which could sleep 2 kids. Two toilets which are very clean and spacious with modern design. The kitchen is at first floor and has all the equipments. Large sitting area in first floor. The apartment is in the center and close to all the attractions. We really enjoyed staying there.The kids loved the place.

The apartment is very spacious so it's suitable for big company. The apartment is located in the heart of Yerevan so you get the best view on the city. The host was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is very big clean and comfortable. There are 2 large bedrooms downstairs and huge kitchen with a living room upstairs. Also two bathrooms in each floor was very practical especially with a child. We had everything we needed for our big family. The location is really nice, you can reach all the bars,restaurant, shops and sightseeing by foot. The atmosphere of the neighbourhood is also fantastic. The owners of the apartment are very friendly, helpful and warm people. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment a lot and definitely would like to come back there again.
