The location was very comfortable and quiet. The room we occupied was with the balcony, and we spent all the evenings there. Also the staff and actually the owner was very nice and helpful. Loved everything.
Very cozy, bright and colorful place, super clean and with all the amenities needed.
The owners are very nice and friendly, willing to organize your stay as comfortable as possible.
There’s also a nice working space on the 3rd floor.
The yard is very cute and authentic especially in the evening with the lights on.
We are definitely gonna return!!
It is a very new, all is very clean. In the ground floor they served an amazing dinner and an even more amazing breakfast.
The place is absolutely amazing. The interior and exterior is very well designed. On the third floor there is a huge entertainment area for kids and adults. The owner met us at the gate and introduced to everything himself, which made us feel kind of special. The breakfast was great. It included everything for every taste. Cozy atmosphere and a nice place
We had a wonderful experience. The hotel is a real gem in Stepanavan! The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent, offering a big variety of fresh and delicious options. And as a cherry on top - excellent location. :)))
