Very comfy, cozy apartment. Clean. Good, calm design. It has all you need. I nice friendly touch by the host to include blankets basket. The interaction was smooth. Thank you. Highly recommended.

The best apartment I stayed in throughout all Armenia. It was so beautiful and new I didn’t go anywhere the first day and just enjoyed the cozy bed and the gorgeous balcony view. I stayed here for 2 days and wished I didn’t leave it * Perfect and clean studio apartment. Highly recommended. * Safe and secured area with playground and basketball court. * English-speaking owner and administrator. * Beautiful balcony view. * Excellent taste in furniture selection and modern decoration. * Fully equipped studio with all necessary amenities. * Thick blankets, side bed lamps, heater, TV, and more. * Convenient location with restaurants in the same building. * Good lighting and many electricity sockets

Great location with perfect view, Apartment located at 11th floor so fully enjoyed silence and nature. Highly recommended. Thanks for ideal weekends.

I have mixed feelings about the place. The good 1. Its on the 11th floor so the view is gorgeous. 2. There are couple of places to walk around and see a bit of forests and there is a deer reserve (?) nearby 3. Fresh air and the option to escape the heat of the city 4. It is peaceful unless you have noisy peoole next door 5. There is a general store in the ground floor that will provide the basics 6. The place is far from the centre and if you attempt to go there on foot, you have a very steep uphill climb up about 1.5ish kilometres, which was a good challenge for me but for could beca major downside for those less into sports
