I really liked the facilities and the location. The amenities were well-maintained, and the location was convenient and accessible.

Stylish, big and clean apartment with a fantastic view on the National Opera and Ballet Theatre. In the heart of the city, a lot of cafes, shops and whatever you need nearby. They even have the under floor heating that we couldn’t turn off without host’s help (haha), but at least we didn’t freeze!

It is a wonderful appartment. Stylish, spacious, comfortable. I felt like I lived in my own flat. No concerns from hosts, no overcalling, no disturbing. Just us and Yerevan)). I had thought to book a room in the hotel before we decided to book this apartment and you know what I haven’t regretted even a minute that I didn’t. I was worried I didn’t get service as in a hotel, but eventually I recognized I didn’t need it, bcs of the apartment in the center and I can get any service nearby and I don’t need to pay for extra service which I would not use as it could be in hotels. So, I really spent amazing time there and didn’t have to waste time on a road to see some sights: almost all well-known Armenian spots were around me. Kudos!!! Thank you so much. I’d definitely stay here one more time if I had an opportunity.

New apartment in a new building. Spacious living room and bathroom, two terraces. Fully equipped kitchen. Clean. The location is on a small street right behind the History Museum (Republica Square). Many restaurants and supermarkets around. We only contacted the host via WhatsApp but she was very nice and helpful. Great view of Mount Ararat in the morning.
