The owner is very accommodating. The place is very relaxing. You don’t need to worry for the short walks,because it is located at the heart of the city.
The location is perfect, close to the main square and some supermarkets.

Super central location. Couple of hundred meters from Republic Square. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. 24/7 supermarkets right downstairs.

Everything was just great! Very clear and cozy apartment in the very center of Yerevan. Helpful owner and amazing view from the balcony. I highly recommend this flat if you wanna stay in walking distance from everything in the downtown.
