It was a beautiful place to begin my trip to Armenia. A lovely old house right in the middle of town, very clean and comfortable and a wonderful owner.
Nice big house in a good location very close to the center of Gyumri. The rooms were spacious, warm, everything was clean, and the owner Sveta was absolutely great. She helped me organize a car back to Yerevan and she was lovely to talk to. As others have mentioned about stray dogs, yes there are some around the house, but they are also around the city. They were not aggressive, more scared if anything. In all, I enjoyed my time there and would stay again if I come back to Gyumri :))
This place is amazing! Everyone really tried to welcome and help me. The house is very clean and quiet. Also price is very reasonable. I was so sad to leave this place. I will definitely come back here when I come to this city again. Highly recommended!
The lady was so welcoming, generous and took really good care of us and made sure that our stay at Gyumri stay pleasant.
The hostess are so kindly and helpful, there's one cover place outside if you travel by motorcycle.
