Above all, we love Anahit's warm, welcoming personality. We truly felt at home. The rooms are very clean and full of all modern comforts, including wi-fi. However, you hardly want to stay indoors because her magical, luscious garden and patio with majestic views compels you to be outdoors. We enjoyed her traditional, homemade breakfast. It was not only delicious but beautifully presented as well in her veranda overlooking the green mountains above.

It was really an exceptional stay. The owner Mrs. Anahit is super lovely, social, helpful she is one of a kind. I really loved the place, she and her family did a really good job. The location is near to the ijevan city center, walking distance. I highly recommend this guesthouse and sure i will stay there in my next visit. I will miss Mrs. Anahit. I wish her good luck.

Accessibility, comfort, great view, balcony, shower facilities, garden, etc. are excellent and perfect. The owner's kindness and consideration stood out, and the guidance of nearby tourist attractions was most helpful. The food was the best and the menu was all variety. The best accommodation for a good night's sleep because there is no noise at all. If I come back to Ijevan, I will not hesitate to come to this accommodation.

Simply amazing place. The host is the sweetest and I would recommend everyone to come here, excellent value for your money, she could even charge way more for what you get!
