Host met us at early morning arrival flight to give us keys. Huge apartment which is still in old, contemporary decorative style of Soviet remodeling era. But the apartment was perfect for 3 couples and in the center of Yerevan. Great location for sites, restaurants and coffee shops.

The apartment is part of a complex, which is guarded by security, and is located directly on the main shopping street in Yerevan. Very spacious place, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, big balcony and very cozy. Staff were great in communication and offered us nightly check-ins and -outs for a fee due to our flight times. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

I really liked the apartment. Spacious, clean, great location in the city center. Cozy balcony overlooking a quiet street with a view of the small Ararat in good weather. We will be happy to stay next time.

Large and comfortable apartment (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen and spacious living room). Nice balcony where you have breakfast, beer or coffee. Very bright apartment, centrally located, everything within walking distance. Very kind host who fulfilled all our requests.
