Clean, beautiful place with a great view. Spacious common area. Very welcoming hosts.
Excellent place to stay! Exceptionally clean. We were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves but even with more guests there is so much room and it is kept so clean it would be no problem. The outside seating area is lovely with a view of Old Goris. If you are walking the Goris to Tatev trail this is right on it! It is a little further from town than other places but that is reflected in the price. It is only 20 minute walk to the "centre" and inexpensive taxi to the "bus station".
The shower had hot water and there was a washing machine. There was a kitchen. Everything felt brand new. The host is lovely. The wifi worked very well. I was able to have video calls on my laptop. Nice and quiet too. We slept very well.

We had a mixed bag as far as the stay at NNN Guest House is concerned. Right now, the Guest House is going through a renovation process so it was not the way it looked in the pictures. There was no attached washroom, and access to the property was a bit difficult.
However, the host is a great lady who is single handedly managing everything along with her day job. She is trying her best to make sure that the guests get the best possible experience. So definitely a 10/10 for her spirit and service.
Also, it is a great bargain in terms of the cost.
I was there twice and both visits were perfect. The room is comfortable and you heve all equipments you need included shared kitchen. The owners are especially nice and friendly.
