Although it’s far from the city, there’s a convenient 24-hour store right next to the property where you can find everything you need. The owner and his son are both very friendly and accommodating. When I asked to extend my stay because my flight was at 9 PM and check-out was at 2 PM, they graciously allowed me to stay longer at no extra cost. The place is quiet and peaceful, offering a truly relaxing atmosphere.
Owner is very accomodating and friendly. Kept in touch the whole time. They are also very understanding with guest's situations and trustworthy.
Everything was clean and smelled nice. People there are nice and the owner is understanding and hospitable
The place is located close to the shop, supermarket, and in very quite area in the city. Is really close to the city center too. You can easily walking in 5 to 10 minutes to the cascade and fine some good restaurant in the areas. Is clean and have the amenities what you need like public kitchen and etc. Is very comfortable bed and secluded with the screen in each bed, so you can get your own privacy without disturbed by others. The owner is really nice guy. I very recommend this place to anyone that want to stay in yerevan.
Very nice hostel with a great atmosphere. The owner is a really cool guy, he takes care of everything, and while being totally professional, he was always up for some nice banter.
