Comfy bed and spacious room indeed. I did not realize the accommodation comes with 2 twin beds joint together, but that's my fault. Living room was huge, with nice balcony. I like there were many cosmetic amenities, even toothbrush or comb. We could park the car outside for free, standing literally in the alley behind the flat, which was handy. Central location, on the street full of caffees and restaurants, 4 minutes from bigger grocery store, 3 minutes from one of the main squares. Definitely recommend!

The place was pretty cozy and comfortable, great location right in the city center close to museums, shops and cafes.
Very lovely and cozy place just in the heart of Gyumri. You could feel the atmosphere and style of old Gyumri in their newly renovated rooms. The fireplace, antique furniture gave extra warmth to our stay. The owner is extremely nice and very hospitable, always ready to help. This place will definitely make your stay in Gyumri unique, I highly recommend it.
