Great location on the beach, near beach tour operators, my kids loved the waterpark and ice cream parlour and amusement centre. My daughter and I used the gym a few times. Food and drinks a bit pricey for what you got. It seemed non-residents were using the waterpark so it didn’t have that private feel to residents of the hotel.

Well located, within walking distant of restaurants and beaches. We had an excellent sea view of Atlantis and the Cruise ship docking berths. Room was clean, spacious with modern decor, small kitchen and outside balcony.

We loved the tower we stayed in (One Particular Harbour) and are so glad we didn’t stay in Margaritaville. The tower we stayed in all the staff was so professional and friendly, compared to Margaritaville. There was only one staff member who was so lovely to us at Margaritaville who was a receptionist there. We heard so many other customers complaining how rude the staff was there.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly and the hospitality was phenomenal

Had a Delux room that had a great balcony and the views are just incredible. Was great having a private beach as the cruise ships come in and they have to go to the public beach next door which is much busier.
