The location is very closed to the Train station the train is from Dhaka.

Front staff and security can speak English
A very positive stay - helpful staff, clean and fully working room-facilities, and at a fairly budget price.
Location-wise it's got a few shops nearby as well as a laundry service (ask for directions at reception) and is only about a 10 minute walk from the train station.
Clean room with A/C, helpful staff, close to Notun Bridge (convenient if you are heading south to Cox Bazar by coach/bus)
The staff is very helpful and kind.
The position is perfect, central and near the railway station.
