Location, just off a main road and 10 minutes walk to nearest Metro Station.
All the staff including the catering and the security were outstanding. They helped with any queries concerning my presence and any questions relating to the city.
Behaviour and location of the hotel, food was also too good breakfast is excellent
The customer service was good and the cleanliness was exceptional. To be added Mr Fuad Bin AL Mamun is a fantastic person, he's the front office manager helped me out with locker service even after I checked out. All the best to the Hotel Ornate team.

The buffet breakfest is delicious.
I got a great welcome from the receptionist Fuad on my second stay at Ornate. Excellent location for the AC busses. Great breakfast. I have a favorite restaurant across the street
