When planning a late check-in, guests should notify the reception desk of the guest house in advance, indicating the expected check-in time on the resource through which guests book a room. Guests can also provide this information by phone or by e-mail at the guest house. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation. A late check-in confirmation of the reservation will be sent to the guests. In case of change of plans and cancellation of check-in, as well as planning a late check-in, guests must notify in advance in a reply letter by email, writing about the cancellation or indicating the expected check-in time, respectively.

The booking is valid until 05:00 PM, unless the guests have informed the hotel about the late check-in in advance.

From 09:00 PM to 09:00 AM, check-in is carried out by the security service, which the guest must contact upon arrival. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation. If guests are unable to contact the security service, there is a bell at the front door of the guest house, which can be used to notify them of arrival.

Pet-friendly accommodation is available on request, as the number of pet-friendly rooms is limited. For approval, guests must contact the hotel. Pets up to 10 kg are allowed. To accommodate an animal, guests must provide a veterinary certificate confirming their health and completed vaccination courses, and also need a carrier.
