The location is great! Everything is so close! So many shops and cafes near the hotel and also hotel connected with good cafe inside. Overall the hotel is 10/10 The staff are friendly and helpful

Love the location, only 5 mins walk from the Brussels Central train/ metro and a few minutes walk to the Grand Place, Pont dus Arts, and almost next door to Royal Galleries passage for shopping and dining .Staff were very friendly and helpful! The breakfast area is shared or serviced by Lloyd so had great breakfast there (Lloyd’s). Just be ready to walk ur luggage tru cobblestone street fr station as it is a pedestrian only area

Hotel is in a great location, very close to the Grand Place. The room was modern, comfortable and clean. The cafe bar provided a good breakfast and the reception staff, particularly Ewa, were very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations for places to go. Would happily stay here again.
