The staff was friendly and breakfast was better than what I expected.

Although in an urban location it felt secure and the parking was safe. It was tidy and the other guests quiet and respectful - just fellow roadtrip people on their way somewhere else. The staff were lovely and spoke good English. There were two sets of staff during my stay and both sets were exceptionally polite and helpful. I got my ground floor room for my disabilities and the shower had roll in wheelchair access and a seat. The beds were comfortable and had charging ports by each pillow. The breakfast exceeded my expectations for the price. Hot bacon and eggs were a highlight and there were pastries and yoghurt, fruit etc. Another top scoring point was that the coffee machine could be used for tea and coffee anytime and I really appreciated that. I think the low price is probably because the rooms are quite small - definitely not on quality because that's great.

The receptionist was outstanding, really friendly and helpful. There was a pleasant outdoor space to sit in. The parking was good and although all restaurants in Liege are closed on Mondays for some reason there are excellent pizzas for sale at the hotel.

The female receptionist asked if I needed help in bringing my baggage from the car to my room. We could also get free refreshments from the lobby.
