Location. 10-15 minutes of an easy walk to the Grand Place. A lot to see during the walk. Safe and nice area.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Almost everything was clean and neat. Room size very reasonable. The location is great around 12 min walk to the Grand Place and centre. There is Tram stop near by as well.
