Great location. Very Clean. The staff are warm and welcoming.
The staff was very polite and very helpful. The reception was very friendly and my 9-rating is because of the friendly staff :-). Location near to my business place. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable.
Location was very good as it was close to my business venue.
The staff was very friendly. The room was nice, and very clean. We appreciated the car garage, especially because of the rain. The heater worked well.
The first room had a weird sound in it, I recorded it and did a decibel check for proof, just in case. I went down to the reception and they came up with me to check it out. Then I got a different room.
These things happen, are out of their control and I liked that they did not make a fuzz out of it and solved it. I had a good stay. This is a great hotel for anyone visiting the schuman area.
They had 2 types of pillows on the bed; liitle things that show they are smart in catering for guests.
