Kindness and cooperation of the staff, quietness of the area and closures to the beach, hospitality services at the restaurants around and of the host in coming with something different at the breakfast. The beach was perfect even though it was very small and mostly occupied by people from the near all inclusive hotel.
staff is very eager to help you, breakfast is huge and very tasty, room and hotel are just fine and even a little better if you match your expectations with the price. Room has a functional air conditioner. You have nearby food and drink stores, although the surrounding area is a liitle bit wild and peaceful, not a noisy holiday village,
Nice place, good people, good breakfast. The room was clean and big enough. The beach near Laguna restaurant is small, but we had great time at Heroes beach and Albena.
