Много тих и спокоен район,апартамента е чист и добре обзаведен, на една разхотка разстояние от ботаническата градина и няколко заведения, безпроблемно паркиране.
Ново, чисто, просторно, свежо и много комфортно. Възможно е и повече от 4 човека без проблеми да ползват апартамента. Комплекса е разположен в тиха горичка и всички стаи са много приятни и спокойни.
