Nice and friendly staff. Clean room with dish washer and washing machine so our stay was comfortable. Location is good with lots of free parking space. Easy walk to downtown or river bank.
The property is better than any other in the surrounding area.
Furthermore there is central heating system which is miles ahead then using air conditioning.

We stopped for a night half way back from Turkey. Outside was 35 Celsius hot and the air conditioning was already running as we arrived.
Excellent location close to the Danube shore and city center. We transited Ruse many times before and never knew what a beauty this city is.

The room had everything you need. They even prepared on request a crib which was perfect for my kid.
The kitchen had all you need such as plates (clean, no spots), pots, glasses (again clean without any spots), forks, spoons, knifes, coffee maker, tea and so on.
The TV is a curved one (maybe not impressive but to invest so much in a detail is impressive).
Air conditioning if it's working at full capacity it will get cold the other room too (really cold).
Bathroom very clean... Like I said, the all apartment was above our expectations considering the city.
