Staff we're friendly and very welcoming the underground parking was very secure the spa area was a little dated but very welcoming after a long bike ride
The spa was wonderful. Room tidy and clean. Hot water not great though.
Excellent spa facilities, clean and well equipped.
Relaxing bar and lounge area in reception.
Staff were happy to help with any enquiries.
A press of a bell on the reception desk had a taxi outside the hotel in a matter of minutes to take you anywhere you wished to go ( very useful service)
Breakfast was excellent - self-serve buffet well stocked and clean area.
Parking brilliant.
The pool was lovely and both saunas were working. The hot tub and steam rooms were not working/available.
Room large and quite clean - some areas required maintenance, carpets and bathroom door in particular were worn but overall the room was good.
I liked the staff they looked after me for every thing !!
