The staff was very helpful and polite. The hotel and the room itself were well climatized. Great size of the room. Clean and cozy.

A very interesting hotel. In the middle of nowhere you find unexpectably a luxury 5 stars hotel, which is lovely and comfy.
The grand hotel & casino of the city; modern; great downtown views on the Ibrahim Pasa mosque; good buffet breakfast; kind service; free private parking & working Wi-Fi;
The hotel is located at close to the city center square. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated and had a good space. The breakfast was OK comparing that there were very little people staying at that low season time.
