Very relaxing place, near to the river and the park, with great chirping of birds.
Easy to find, the stuff was very helpful and friendly.

We want to mention Madelena who helped us very much. We've forgot our guide Bulgaria book at the hotel. When I called them, they looked for, found the book and Madelena sent it to us at the hotel we stay now (in Borovets), so she did really something special for us. THANK YOU AGAIN Madelena!!!!
Old-fashioned, but clean and nice. Good restaurant.
Friendly staff, nice clean comfortable room with balcony overlooking river. The hotel is quiet and dog friendly, room to park and quiet walks nearby. Lovely meal on the outside terrace, overlooking the window.
