Quiet residential area, so you have a very good sleep in the night. Less than 10 min to metro station. Very clean place with nice spacious shower. Good coffee on offer too. The self check in was very easy and convenient and a lovely chat with the host at check out was a bonus! Highly recommended place!

We had a great time in our short stay in Sofia. The host was very helpful and it was easy to communicate with. The room was big enough and we found everything we needed. The neighborhood seemed safe, although it doesn't look great (the buildings around are mostly from the communist era and the sidewalks are quite degraded), but you can find mini-markets and nice restaurants close by.

New apartment, everything works well. There is coffee and tea. Kind owner.

The location was very close to the tram station. Parking in front of the house was great.

Very nice place, too bad we stayed there just for one night. The rooms were clean and spacious. There is good coffee too. The mattress is big and comfortable. The communication with the host and the check-in process are impeccable.
