They were very courteous and professional, anything we asked for, they went out of their way to accommodate us. We were given keys to another apartment for access to a washing machine the moment I had asked. Upon checking in they stayed later to make sure they could let us in when our flight was after hours. They even came in an emergency to unlock the apartment when we forgot a medical device and we returned from the airport to retrieve it. The metro station is 20 steps from the building, giving us easy access to the whole city of Sofia to explore. Many delicious food options on the same street and a children's park just across, next to a grocery store. We felt at home in every aspect and appreciate their kindness and professionalism. They always answered propmptly to all messages. Highly recommended and would certainly stay again!

Steps away from the metro station, it was the perfect location for us. There's also a very large park nearby, so we could go walk or play with the kids if we didn't want to go downtown. Big grocery store nearby, as well as a few option for fruits, vegetables and bread. Very clean, and easy communication. Good WiFi.
